that looks like a squad

Postby gypsyspot » Tue Feb 25, 2003 8:25 pm

It looks like you got yourself a squad and a half there. Im inclined to say 9, but it does depend on how deep of a league you're in. Sometimes my friends and I will draft a three man league just for fun, and the teams are ridiculous. So 9, unless you are in an incredibly shallow league.

I'll give you a 7. Your pitching is nice but it's obvious why it's so nice - your batting definitely needs mucho work.

I'd give you a one if your question were "did I put this in the proper forum." Since it's not, I guess I need to know how many teams there are. But you need to work on your hitting. I'd give you a six.

I'm inclined to give you a 7 as well. Your first 4 SP's are TOUGH and gotta love Vladdy but I would def. try to upgrade your 3B and second and third OF'ers. Other than that though nice job ;-D

I'd like to know if the league is 10 teams or 12. If it's 10, I give it a 9; if 12 it gets a 7.

Why would you give him a lower grade if there were more teams in the league?
Wouldnt that mean Player quality is more spread out, therefore he did a better job drafting giving him a HIGHER score?

Im lost :-/

Nice team though...

I don't know how big the league is but you have potential there. I would say about an 8 with a chance to finish in the money, so to speak. I think you lack some pop with the bats but still a good squad.

It was a 12 team live draft. I think Vernon Wells will be a top 50 player after this season, so I have no problem starting him in leagues at OF, allowing myself to get better infielders and pitchers.

If your team were a woman - I'd give a 9 and then wonder why you would have any interest in me. (maybe some mental deficiency)
Seriously though - nice team , you did well but STOP DRAFTING WITH MENTAL PATIENTS!! Getting a pitching staff like that should be illegal!! ;-D
