I was thinking Sexson, Wagner or Hudson for my next pick, I'm a newbie though and not sure.
Would love any suggestions, thanks.
1. Nomar SS
2. Sheffield OF
3. Vazquez SP
two more picks(back-to-back) and then I'm up again
4. Sexson 1B?
Giambi 1B? if Sexson goes
Kent 2B?
V.Wells OF/Lance Berkman OF/ Juan Pierre OF?
Eric Chavez 3B/A. Boone 3B?
Posada C?
Wagner RP? (Rivera, Smoltz and Foulke still left)
Hudson SP/K.Brown SP? (Mulder, Colon and Oswalt still left)
Wells, Pierre, and Hudson in that order. Pierre could win the saves category for you single-handedly and Hudson is almost too good to pass up in the fourth, but Wells is just too good to wait on. 1B is pretty deep to be taking Sexson now, although somebody probably will if you don't.
Tough choice, but then the first five or six rounds always are.

Thanx for all the valued input, guys.
Okay, Wells and Hudson are gone.

For my fourth pick. I'm thinking:
1 Kent 2B- good player at thin position (Boone,Soriano gone)
2 Pierre OF- steals; decent avg. and Runs (Beltran, Sosa, Ramirez, Bonds, Vlad, Ordonez, Wells and Wilson are gone)
3 Sexson/Giambi 1B- more HR,Runs and RBI's would be nice. (Pujols, Helton, Delgado and Thome gone)
4 Beckett/Zito/Mulder?- Another starting pitcher would be nice. Pedro, Prior, Halladay, Schilling, Wood, Hudson, RJ, Mussina and Schmidt all taken. Is it too early to pick my second SP?
honorable mention: Chavez
Watcha think? Thanks, again. I don't pick for like 17 picks now so I've gotta make this one count

He is your best option.
Thanks so much you all. So in the end... I took Kent. Making my first 4 picks Nomar, Sheff, Vazquez and Kent. Not bad I figure for a Fant. Base. rookie...
