So has Francis. Let's not get off topic here now.. ;-7

I've been pleased with this guy recently. After a tough start he's starting to turn it around. Good old Canadian boy.

Wasn't the Coors effect not as pronounced last year? He had a stretch last year where he was effective regardless of where he pitched, but faded the last month or so.

Actually he could be useful, especially in daily leagues where you could bench at home, start on the road. He's someone I'm watching.

Actually I just looked at his 2006 splits:

Home:
15 starts, 90 IP, 8 Ws, 4 Ls, 53 Ks, 4.30 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, .250 BAA

Road:
17 starts, 109 IP, 5 Ws, 7 Ls, 64 Ks, 4.05 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, .251 BAA

Pretty consistent. I remember him being very useful at the end of last year. He's cruising so far today through 5. I'm thinking he's very rosterable at this point as a #4/5

I jinxed him a little bit, but I think this guy has some moxy. I think of him as the Fausto Carmona of the National League, except slightly more reliable longterm.
