Tough call... streaky guy coming off an injury on a bad lineup? Or an unproven guy hitting late in a good lineup?
Any particular need on your team that would call for one more than the other (speed vs. power, etc)?
Haha where my good friend did you get that he's streaky? Did you just pull that out of your ass?
And it doesn't make sense to discount Iwamura's power seeing as he hit 44, 30, and 32 HR's the past 3 years in Japan. Just to give you more perspective, he stole 8, 6, and 8 bases. So let's not just pigeon-hole players into categories without knowing the whole picture, okay?
Do you know about Japanese baseball? From what i understand they do not have the balk rule so there isn't much stealing going on.
Ichiro in his last 3 year there stole 11, 12, 21 bases. I am not sure of when the rule came in b/c his SB went way down from 39 to 11 after one season

as mentioned on page-1. he's got speed, plate discipline, an everyday job, a red-hot april, and he hits left handed. all signs point to a very productive season IMO

Okay so power-wise, who is the best option at 3B out of:
Mark Reynolds
Ryan Braun
Akinori Iwamura

The concern I'd have is Reynolds. Tracy coming back may very well limit Reynolds' playing time.
I have both Braun & Iwamura. To be honest, if I had to drop one, I'm not sure which it'd be. Tough call.

Power-wise, it's Braun. Reynolds is back in AAA when Tracy returns.
