Does anyone have any idea if this guy is going to turn things around? Right now he has 5 HRs and 0 SBs. Is it realistic to even expect 30/10 out of him this year?

Extremely streaky with his power (last year he hit 10 HR over a 10 game stretch in late May). Bay's steals numbers will be low, a lot of guys run during their first few years in the league and then drastically cut down their base-stealing as they get older. For example, Magglio Ordonez stole 25 bags in 2001 when he was 27 years old, he never reached double digit steals again after that. Bay is 28 years old.

30, 10 will happen. I doubt you have worry much about that. Bay's as close as they come for a lock of 30 100 100 and 10.

I'd expect 30 HR's, around 90 RBI's and 5 steals. He's not running at all when he's on and he looks rather slow this year.
