Thoughts on Frank Thomas

What are some projections for this guy for the year? Will he do anything close to last year? I have him and am considering dropping him for either Hawpe, Patterson, or Nomar. Should I be patient with this guy or stick a fork in him?

Personally I would hold on to him. He started last season cold as ice as well and took off like a beast unchained right about this time.

However, if you really need steals or want to free up your UTIL, drop him for Patterson.

If you're going to drop him, I wouldn't drop him for Patterson. Patterson's just as cold.

I would hang on to him and ride it out. As Simulacrum said, he started like this last year too. His OPS is hovering around .700 at the moment, which just can't last. He had an OPS of about .930 last year. He'll heat up and when he does, his numbers will jump pretty quickly.
