if i had one team i root for living in Ontario Canada it would be the Jays, but i dont neccessarily have one favorite team. im more of a baseball fan, but i deffenitely root against the Yankees.
the Yankees havnt gone far in the playoffs and Steinbrenner just keeps throwing money at whoever he can, when thats not whats best for the team. back when the Yankees were winning they did it with players who wernt neccessarily stars, guys like Paul O'Neil and Scott Brosius.
instead of trying to bring in all star after all star maybe they should actually go for more role type players to go along with the young stars they do have

No, thats the point. All the real fans of baseball are united against the Yankees, and laugh when they sign someone for $46 million, and he is a bust. The only reason the Yankees are in playoffs every year is because they pay through the nose for all the all-stars they can find, and get them in their declining years.

Yes.

I think Matt Diaz is a good player.
