Dukes in trouble again??

I read today that Elijah's wife is going to court claiming that he has threatened her life. Can this guy just screw his head on right, because I think that he has so much potential. I drafted him in a deep AL-Only keeper league for $3, and he has been pretty fair so far this year, although I would like to see the average a bit higher.
Any thoughts on Duke's future??

just heard about it...thats not good, he was putting together a nice year after what everyone thought he was done with all that stuff...well i guess he isnt. dang he is a good player shouldnt have done that.
