Just to let you guys know. From what i am hearing from my sources the Rays are being pressured from many people to get rid of Dukes from the team. Don't be surprised if he is gone very very soon

they had to have known about these incidents before the story broke, right? i mean, he confronted her in the classroom in april. how long after/before that were the texts, phone calls made?

Anyone else feel just a tad bit sorry for this guy? Im in no way defending a wife beater or a guy that threatens women, but Im sure somewhere growing up, his head got messed up bad and he was taught that it was acceptable to act like this.

I just feel sorry that a guy this talented is throwing his life away.

if he were a child i would feel bad. he is a grown man and despite the supposedly numerous issues, he has gotten multiple chances to use his talents and make good money playing a game everyone on this board would give anything to play. if all this is true (and it looks like it is) i don't feel bad for him one bit.

oh wow slomo...i thought you were making up the whole dawg bit, then i read the article. thats crazy. dukes is done i guess. i guess this also means the d-rays arent going to be dealing baldelli anytime soon.
