Who are the easiest Catchers to run against for SB's? Who are the toughest to steal on?
Same questions for SP's.

one of the yahoo fantasy columns does a weekly run-down of the best/worst catchers to steal off of and who they're playing that week. Yahoos blocked on my work computer, so I can't give you a link.

I think one of the Rotoworld updates does it. They even list the players who would benefit most and least.
There's also another cheat-sheet/stat-sheet thingie that I've seen posted on the Cafe occasionally, but I'm not organized enough so I don't remember if/where I saved it. You might be able to access it in one of the statistical links on espn or mlb.com. Sorry I don't have any direct links.

Thanks for the link. That list is helpful -- I've seen them before but didn't know where to look for them.
We all know good base stealers usually steal on the pitcher -- getting a good jump will usually beat the best gun behind the plate. Any of you know which pitchers are notorious for slow deliveries and which ones are quick to the plate?

Here is the Rotoworld link. They always have the steals item in "The Week Ahead" update that they do.

My SB guys seem to steal a lot more against RH pitchers.. hardly any against lefties. I usually bench them if they're up against a lefty and start a power guy instead.
