I used the site to look up the Cubs, and this is what I found...
"CHC: 166 Home Runs in 2006, 1 leading off game, 0 game-ending, 43 go ahead, 15 tying"
So, you can say with confidence that that is your team.

Great link! I checked it out very quickly and saw that the white sox (Jermaine Dye) and Royals (Reggie Sanders) each hit walk-offs ... I guess that leaves the Angels and Cubs?
Oops here too, I double checked, and while Reggie Sanders and Jermaine Sanders each did hit HRs in the bottom on the 9th, both of their teams were losing big in each game ... can someone do a check on the White Sox and Royals?

Rockies and Royals did not have any. I think that's my bad.
Rockies were my bad (saw Holliday had one, but must've not been in '06). Royals were not mine.
