Just check for "Ended Game" in the column on the right and you'll get to your answer pretty quickly.

Great link! I checked it out very quickly and saw that the white sox (Jermaine Dye) and Royals (Reggie Sanders) each hit walk-offs ... I guess that leaves the Angels and Cubs?
