Quentin turning it around?

Postby ROC AllStars » Tue May 22, 2007 12:31 pm

2 HR last night... I know he's been awful thus far overall, but is this a sign of him putting it together? My preseason projections had him much higher than he's been...

Every player turns it around a few times a season....consistency is what makes you great. Right now he falls into the same category as Hermida and Chris Young which talented with potential.

Hermida and Young's ceiling is a lot higher than of Quentins.

I don't see Quentin being anything more than an above average hitter.

A Lyle Overbay.

Yes but would you have said that about Chris Young 2 weeks ago when he was hitting .190....I would have said almost 50% of the players in the league had a higher ceiling than JJ Hardy coming into the season...but would I say that right now?
