I would put Bernie Williams up there as well. He was a good player but way over hyped. I think he is more overrated in CF than Jones.

Bernie was extremely clutch but I don't think he's overrated. No one really talks about him as the best player of his time or anything.

Then again how is Andruw Jones overrated? he hits bombs and is a nasty CF'er

When Bernie was playing he was regarded as the best CF in the game. Clearly that title belonged to Andruw at the time and also career wise.

Most of the list is accurate, but WTF is up with Sandy Koufax being on there?
She said always remember never to trust me
She said that the first night that she met me
She said "there's gonna be a time when I'm gonna have to go with whoever's gonna get me the highest."

Bernie Williams' career coincides with the career of Ken Griffey Jr. I don't think Bernie was ever considered a better CF than Junior.

I agree. or even Kenny lofton. I think Bernie was considered an all around good guy and talented ballplayer who gave it his all.

Class Act yes but never considered the best CF in the game ever
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

I have no idea how Piazza is most overrated. He was flat out tremendous at the plate. His career stats at Catcher are gaudy.

I was looking at more early 2000 after Bernie had a few great offensive seasons. Jr's injury problems started at this time and Andruw was just emerging.

I'm also not sure about Blomberg as the most overrated DH as all I know about him is that he was a Yankee and the first ever DH, but beyond that, I hear nothing about the guy ever, so I'm not sure how overrated he could be...

Why do you consider Baker and Biggio to be overrated?

Don't agree with Piazza, Jones or Koufax.

I disagree the most with Koufax, followed by Piazza.

Offensively, Piazza was tremendous...and Koufax was flat out dominating.
