Obviously not vetoable. So far in this forum, two people have commented thinking you meant that it was lopsided in two different directions. Myself...I have no idea which side you think is getting the better end of the deal to the point it should be vetoed....or which side I would prefer getting...

I traded (in a keeper league) Hamilton and Chris Young for Manny Ramirez last week. That trade went through without a hitch. Certainly this trade should go through.
