Very Bizarre Siutation...

Postby bobbing_headz » Mon May 21, 2007 12:45 pm

In one of my leagues this morning a trade just got accepted where two teams trade their entire lineups to each other?! Personally, I've never seen this before. Now both teams are last and 2nd last respectively so it's not like some massive shift of power and personally I don't care much about the league cause it's not super serious. But still, what am I supposed to make out of this?

Well, neither team is getting better, they're just trading coaches. Look at it that way.

Actually, it should probably be vetoed, but I'd let it slide. It's just stupid behavior. It's not changing anything among the top teams. If you veto it might piss them off and make them decide to try to create one super team in and of themselves (which would probably still be a pretty crappy team).

Indeed. It's frustration run amok. They knew the were not likely to compete for anything in the league so at least they could say they traded their whole lineup.

Strange move, but like someone said probably just kids being kids.

I think you can just let it go through and not have to worry about it too much in the future because I don't think anyone with a half decent team would ever consider repeating that act.

The Question I would ask myself...

Postby scottski51 » Tue May 22, 2007 7:33 pm

Does something like this, other than being fairly juvenile, affect any others in the league? Do either of the "new" coaches gain any advantage??
I think you know the answer to both questions. So.... let it go.

The big question here though Lufunza is.....what is the next level you can achieve. "Curveball Master" seems unfitting.
