Worst Baseball Accidents

So I was browsing around rotoworld as I do routinely and I came across this:

This Johnson kid just will not stop hitting. Over his last 18 games, Johnson is hitting .379 with five homers and 14 RBI to solidify his spot in the everyday lineup for the A's. What makes this performance even more impressive is the fact that Johnson hit only .234 with nine homers last year because of vision problems caused by an accident where he shot suntan lotion in his eye. He is obviously fully recovered from that.

What are some other famous/bad/funny baseball accidents that have occured over the years?

I thought of Kerry Wood's bathtub accident this year and Matt Morris jumping down a couple flights of stairs to catch a closing elevator (which prompted his owner to change his team name to HOLD THAT ELEVATOR!!)

Jun. 29--Chicago -- As of Wednesday morning, many of Matt Wise's teammates still did not know the Brewers reliever was unavailable to pitch in the first two games against Chicago because he cut the middle finger on his pitching hand on a pair of salad tongs Sunday in Kansas City.

Well i don't know if this counts as an "accident" necessarily, but when Craig Monroe was hit in the crotch by a pitch, i nearly died laughing after watching the vid...

Notice the loud "POP!" sound right after he's hit, and then his reaction. I can't even imagine the excruciating pain he had to go through, but boy did i have more respect for Monroe after taking that pitch
