They want him to have one more year where he is not arbitration eligible. I have heard that they can accomplish this if they wait until the all star break to call him up.

I don't completely understand the whole "arbitration eligible" thing (does anyone have a post where I can read about it?)...but I heard the same argument for Braun and Gallardo, but everywhere I read it said June 8th, not the ASB...thoughts?

CBS Sportsline speculates a June call-up. Just speculation, but I've found them to be a pretty good source for fantasy baseball heads up. Also, it would make some sense. He had a shot to make the team out of ST but didn't, and was essentially sent down to straighten some things out. If he continues to keep his walks down and his K's up the Reds will have no choice but call him up. If his last two starts are any indication, Bailey is making headway in getting a call.
