I beleive that our bullpen should include Hammel who I think will be better in the bullpen and I think Howell and Talbot are also better BP options than rotation

if we could get a BP looking like this ((assuming Ryes leaves before 09-10))

RP - Hammel
RP - Fossum ((I think he could be effective in the bullpen
RP - Talbot
RP - Townsend
RP - Howell
RP - McClung ((just because his name is big red))

and our rotation like this

1) Scott Kazmir
2) James Shields
3) Jeff Niemann
4) Andy Sonanstine
5) David Price
