Taken out as a "precautionary" measure....

Best case...he plays tomorrow...

IMO, best case, they play it safe and he plays Friday....

worst case...it seems...15 day DL....

Sounds like he'll be OK. Just some "tightness" and he was smart not to bust out of the box on that play. With the Mets already up by 5 or 6 at the time, it was a smart move by him to hold back.

As a Mets fan who drafted Reyes 2nd overall, I'm praying to the baseball gods that he wakes up this morning feeling fine.

Saw it on Sportscenter this morning and it wasn't as bad as I'd envisioned.

He looked like he was just avoiding any exertion on the hammy on his way to first, not really a look of pain.

I hope he takes a few days off.

anybody know if he's playing today? If not I need to move Reyes to the Bench - Hardy to SS and Matthews Jr into UTIL.
