That's good news for the Mariners. The bullpen went from one of the deepest in the league, to fairly shallow, though.

However, it's nice to have no holes in the lineup and money to spend. Lot's of possible trade scenarios. Hopefully the Mariners actually spend the money saved and go after someone like Maggs, or someone.
