A Hank Aaron ball is a fly ball that when hit, the runner on base stays near the bag because he thinks it's going to be caught, but the hitter who hit the ball thinks it's going to drop and therefore runs past the runner already on base, thus creating an out. Am I crazy?

Whether they wind up being hit or not, one thing is certain: not many hitters ever have Hank Aaron balls pitched to them...

None of the answers given so far are correct, unfortunately...

A Hank Aaron ball is a baseball that has had something done to it. It's not the pitcher who does this, though... and it's perfectly legal.
