My team and who's available...any improvement?

My pitching is great, but I think I need one more everyday pitcher and Accardo is available, but who do I drop. (thinking M. Cain) Also here is who's available on FA hitters that I'm interested in, but I don't want to be slim on OF's. Any suggestions/improvements??
G. Atkins-will he bounce back
M. Teahen-better option than J. Hamilton?

Here is what I would try.

O. Hudson, JJ Hardy, J. Hamilton are all excellent trade candidates (especially Hardy). I would package one these hitters with a pitcher in a trade offer (2 for 1). I like Cain, but before you drop him trade him. A combo of Cain and Hardy should get you a pretty good bat in return. Then I would pick up Atkins.

Of course, that is only a suggestion. But you do have excellent trade bait.

If you package Tex with Hardy, you might be able to get Pujols or Ortiz (+ a throw-in). You could then trade an arm for some outfield power, speed, or a closer. Good luck the rest of the year.

Atkins has been awful so far...do you still consider him an upgrade from A. Beltre?

Who do you think is a comparable bat right now for lets say...M. Cain & J. Hamilton?
