BARELY STARTING TO GET THE HANG OF IT... ANY SUGGESTIONS?

i feel im really lacking in offense

im in 7th place overall and im dead last in RBIs & HRs, 8th in AVG but im 2 SBs form first place and im in 5th place in Rs

pitching:
im 5th in Ks, ERA, WHIP
3rd in Ws
last in SVs [cause i only had one closer till recently]


im very new to this fantasy league stuff, im barely starting to grasp the concept.
who should i keep? who should get rid of/trade?
i seriously need to get more RBIs & HRs
any help would be appreciated

You have a good team. Solid pitching and Top Heavy offense. I would consider trading to someone over-hyped about Clemens, and package Clemens with on offensive player NOT named Sizemore or Soriano.

I think Rowand and maybe Molina may be overproducing at this point. Either one might be a good guy to pair up with Clemens and see if you can upgrade C, 1B, 2B, or maybe 3B (I think your other offensive positions look real solid).

I think your pitching is solid but maybe you are rushing to get things going because your in seventh. definatly understandable but give it time. otherwise maybe you can trade some of that pitching for some big bats. When looking for big bats look at past season stats and splits to see if they are consistent or just heated up now.

You need to trade for an upgrade at your Corners. You are losing all of your power there.
Your Outfield is great but it is not nearly strong enough to make up for the production you are losing at your corners.
Slide Youkilis over to 3B for now, and check your wire for 1B. I would stick in the biggest power guy available, batting average be damned.
I would then try and upgrade for a 3B.
Target 3B that are known 2nd half performers like Aramis or Beltre.
Avoid Lowell, as he always takes a dive in the 2nd half.

and in a 9 team league, there has to be better catcher options than Bengie Molina, or better 2B options than Placido Polonco.

but thats just me.

I would try to get my hands on Berkman or Konerko if I were you. You may be able to package Clemens and Rowand for either one of them. You need get a 40 HR guy at one of your corners.
