DL bound...

per rotoworld:

Justin Duchscherer, who took the loss in Monday's game, believes he might be best served by going on the DL to give his arthritic hip a rest.

"I want to help the team, and if I can't do that because of physical issues, maybe I should stop being stubborn," he said. "I'm going to talk to (Manager) Bob (Geren) to see about the best course of action. It's arthritis in my hip, with inflammation in the joint capsule." Duchscherer has also had back and elbow issues the last couple of years. He's one of the game's top setup men when he's on, but it doesn't look like he's going to age well.

I'm going to say Calero gets the first shot if Duchschrer can't go.

Thanks Street. Go grab some pine down by Mauer, Thome, Halladay, Zumaya and Lester.

I'd say Duke if he doesn't hit the DL then Calero for closer.

I wonder if Cust can pitch too.
