At some point, the Royals are going to have to keep this guys bat in the lineup.

Well hell, they have him starting at 3rd over Gordon.....a player of the future??? Seriously though, German is a very solid hitter but a terrible defender and a guy that doesn't factor into anything we want to do for the future. I'm guessing they will continue to throw him out there in hopes to trade him in a couple months.....same with Gload, Sanders and Brown....as long as they can stay off the DL.

Just noticed that he's starting with Gload on the DL. That's a good start.

Not a good defender, but an offensive catalyst. If they ran him more, he'd be a great lead-off hitter.
