Please rate my team, especially pitching...WHIR

As you can see, my hitting is pretty solid and have been sweeping/almost sweeping most of my opponents so far,
but my pitching's been awful, especially ERA/WHIP.

My question is, for a 18-team league, does my pitching staff good enough? should I look for some improvement or just wait them pitch out of slump?

Although I think your staff will get out of their slump, you may want to try and trade some of your hitting for an upgrade at pitcher. For an 18-team league you have a lot of solid hitting between Lee, Rollins, Vlad, Matthews, etc. Hermida should be coming back soon and has the potential to become a solid hitter. Although it may be too late, you could try and deal Kinsler who has had an incredible start but has come down recently.

Well since B.J Ryan is hurt for awhile substitute him for someone else. Also try picking up Roger Clemens if nobody has got him yet.
