doing terrible....what to fix?

Personally I like my offense a lot, might even land Michael Young very soon as the owner isn't a big fan of him. My pitching is very injured, and I'm thinking about trading Rios for a decent SP. What should I do with this team??

Tex is starting to come around package papi n a starter
(burhle) people will go crazy for him becuause of his fluke no-no u can get maybe a santana and a mid-line closer which should really help ur pitching ur offence is fine
