The Monfort team sucks bad.
I agree, the Monforts are awful owners and should sell. Not that they will, of course.
They gave Odowd and Hurdle extensions to sit in last place again.
I'm not jumping ship and calling last place again, but third on down seems likely.
They have Baker rotting on the bench so that MABRY!! can hit. And we have old man Finely stinking up Center field.
Actually, they're all on the bench, so none of them are exactly stealing playing time from each other. Baker is slumping badly (hopefully coming out of it) while Mabry and Finley are horrible. I don't expect Mabry or Finley to be on the team at the All Star Break.
We have Ian Stewar and Joe Kochahcahocaknky rotting in AAA.

Ok, I know who you mean. And neither is ready for the show. Plus, who exactly would they replace? Helton is doing amazing and Atkins is not hitting right now but is still a man who can rake. There'd be no point in bringing them up because they wouldn't get consistent playing time, which stunts their development. I actually think one or even both could be traded this offseason.
We traded Ryan Shealy for trash
I agree we got little in return, but Shealy wasn't exactly tearing the cover off the ball this season before getting injured, and there'd be no place to play him at with the Rockies either. Nonetheless, I think he should have been traded earlier, as his value wasn't very high when he finally was dealt.
They suck so bad it pisses me off. I go to lots of games and they do nothing to better the team
Yes, it's very frustrating. But, I'll continue to stick with my team and watch every game, cheering my heart out for the team I've come to love. I hope you continue to do the same, and maybe we'll be rewarded in a few years!
