well first off you need to drop bj ryan. he's out til next season. i think your only real hole is 2B. you might want to trade some of your OF for a speedster. maybe figgins. see if theriot is available on waivers. you also have 3 1B. you could trade 1 of them for a closer or another ace. and don't count on marquis, his days are numbered. if someone is stupid enough to take a trade with him, now is the time to deal.

as for 2b. there isnt much you can do, since its a 12 team league, 2b talent is pretty thin. see if you can pick up ryan theriot. he's getting a lot of playing time. he also has ss eligiblity so you can use him as your backup for ss.
your OF looks great.
not sure of what the eta of thome, but if he's back soon. you should try to trade away thome or delgado for a pitcher

your pitching staff is good but could use a lil bit of help. your closers are all right. i'd try to trade for an upgrade or even try to add a 4th closer. beckett,schilling, sheets, and mussina are very good pitchers but your team is lacking a stud. i'd sell high on beckett along with another player for a stud pitcher

solid team. Your SP is the only thing that worries me. I think Marquis has been very lucky so far and that won't last. Sheet is an injury risk, but I'd keep him. I really wouldn't do too much, but maybe try and deal a first baseman for a pitcher when Thome/Delgado start hitting.

you got yourself a decent team ill give u a 7.5 out of 10 manage right and you will defently end up in the playoffs

i tend to agree with the above posters here. the only real hole i see in your offense is a speed deficiency maybe. once thome gets back from the dl either him or delgado could be dealt since they'll be no need for both. maybe look to target a 2b with speed like Roberts.

i think your pitching is very solid. the only other suggestion would be possibly to see if you can take advantage of the hot starts of moyer and marquis to deal for either another solid starter or possibly a 4th closer. other than that i think you're set. team looks really solid.

trade one of your 1B for a SP or a base stealer....

I think your team is strong enough and pretty balanced,
just keep an eye on WW.

perhaps you can keep all 1Bs as trading bait in case somebody gets hurt.
