Who should I start in the OF

I'm in a standard 12 team yahoo league. I am having problems picking who I should start in the OF. Seems like everytime I take someone out, they have a good day. Here is my team

C. Russ Martin
1B. Helton
2B. R Weeks
3B. Lowell
SS. Rentaria
OF. V Wells
OF. T Hunter
OF. Chris Young
Util. C Delgado

Bench.
3B. G Atkins
SS. R Furcal
OF. G Matthews Jr
OF. N Markakis

I share this team with a friend because it's a money league. At this point I think Furcal should be in Utility and Matthews in the OF instaed of Young. He disagrees, and wants to keep the team the way it is. What is eveyone else's opinion?

Kind of a weak team IMO. You don't have a lot of options with some of the guys on your bench. Is your pitching stacked? If it is, I'd try to trade for more power.

JMO, but I'd start Atkins over Lowell, and bench Furcal until he shows signs of life -- I wouldn't trade him until he does though. Markakis and Matthews are borderline. I'd look to improve at 1B and Utility with good power or SB options. If there are any OF players on waivers, post them also.

matthews is raking right now. i'd put him in for young. markakis is a borderline player. maybe pick up dan johnson if he's available at 1B.

The league Im in has a salary cap, which is why my team may not look as goo as others. We are actually in 3rd place overall.

We have decided to play Matthews Jr over Chris Young. As of now we are putting Furcal in the Util and sitting Delgado. We are trying to trade Delgado but no takers of yet.

dumb trying to trade delgado trade helton delgado will come around eventually u can get more with helton package helton atkins and an outfielder and u can pick up a premier outfielder (vlad,lee,beltran)
