I have both of them on my 14 team league.I recently replaced Cano with Ryan Theriot because BA is killing me. I could also use the SB potential. Will these guys put up there average numbers by the end of the year?

He is going to get hot within the next two weeks, and he's going to go on an insane tear. I'm thinking a 3 or 4 weeks stretch with 10 homers, that's how confident I am that he will get it going. In the end, he's going to have his 40-45 homers and his 120-140 RBIs, there is nothing to worry about with him.
"Oh, that Lankford and McGee, the trio of 'em. They're a one-man wrecking crew."
I can see why. Its tough riding out slumps. I trade for Rolen right before this gross slump of his so I feel your pain. It's best to just wait it out though.

yes, on August 13th you will be discover that he wasn't worthy of the 1st pick
I don't know about that. Good hitters can raise averages fast. It's not like he's a total bust right now. It's not pretty but it's not to the point where there isn't hope to get to top 5 status if not #1 status by the end of the year. I think he'll be around the top of the pack when 2007 is all said and done. I'd hate to have him on my team right now, but he won't be a bust.
