Ideas on how to upgrade Starting pitching core would be appreciated.

I'd like to add a good quality starter (Tier B or C) to shore up the ranks.

It looks very solid to me. Victorino is the only "weak" spot in the lineup, and that's not a bad thing.

Probably could use some speed. Unsure if Victarino will continue at his SB pace- Hall might be the better choice in OF to start right now for you, especially if SBs aren't big in your league because there are so many other cats.
Doumit has the positions, but I don't know if he is worth keeping. Maybe pick up a starter for him, or if you like the flexability, find a guy like Freel in a trade that can at least give you constant AB's.

Your team looks very good, one or two more decent pitchers and you're set. Your expendable players IMO are Mcann, Vic OR Roberts (Though I'd choose to keep Vic since he hits for the Phils), Lowell and Mcann. I'd try to sell Lowell ASAP cuz there's no way he keeps this pace. Thing is that your team is a little low on speed as well but I never like using 2 OF's for speed because I think the best power comes from that position.

Yeah, I'm planning on trading away Lowell when I get news that Iwamura on his way back. I know at some point when Piazza and Iwamura are set to return that I need to unload on Lowell and Doumit, so I'll probably trade them away when I am confident Mcann is headed in the right direction.

Speed wise I am planning on counting on Iwamura, Victorino, and Roberts, and be happy with some thrown in SBs from Utley, Hall and even Fielder.

Power wise I think I am set nicely with Mcann,Fielder,Utley, and Manny and either Johnson or Piazza.

I am now in 2nd place and targeting my way into the top spot.
