How many words would you like to use, what idea are you trying to get across for each word and as a whole, and what values are you trying to implement in this group? Are you looking for something more alluring to younger men and women? Maybe something along the lines of Truth In You yada yada or Achievement Through Performance or something like that. Something that offers hope, but also encourages a desire to reach that goal.

Looking for something about three words long. Basically the program is staff creating moments for guaranteed success. Creating success is the base of this -- with the goal of improving self-esteem. The program's philosophy is that we reward negativity by yelling at or even giving kids extra attention when they are doing wrong, and that the good kids fall between the cracks. With the new program, we create success situations (like committing to have all kids learn to ride a horse this summer) and help kids overcome fears. In the process, they experience a success and we can go crazy giving them all the juice possible for a positive situation. I have tons more on this, but could be typing all night here.,

All are really close. To be honest, I went into this without a truly preconceived notion. Certain parts of each response are clicking in different ways. I appreciate all the help.
At one point, I was trying to work around the initials S.O.S. thinking it would be neat to promote the S.O.S. program -- something like Strengthening O. Success. Wasn't sure what to use as the "O" in that phrase, so I gave up and came here to talk with the real word smiths of the fantasy world!
