There isn't a spot for him in the rotation yet. He might get called up in september to get some work out of the bullpen (like Papelbon did in 2005) and then start the year with the team next year. There is a very good chance that he gets called up if one of the 40 years old get hurt, or if Beckett has injuries. But barring injury, i doubt he starts a game.
