I am in a non-keeper league, and I am wondering whether Lincecum will stay up in the majors and be good enough to justify dropping either Ervin Santana or Dave Bush (unsure which to drop). Any sense of Lincecum's outlook and whether he stays up in the majors?

I think so, the guy came in with alot of hype, and pressure. I'm sure his nexxt start he will calm down, and go back to pitching. Defently drop bush for him.

He has only pitched one game! He has enormous potential and could be the type of pitcher that puts your team over the top if he duplicates what he did in the minors on a pro level. Is he a guarantee...no but the 2nd highest drafted pitcher in fantasy baseball has been the biggest bust...Chris Carpenter...not by choice but sh_t happens. No guarantees....just go with your gut.

Just remember how Jered Weaver and Liriano last year had that dramatic impact on leagues (granted in Liriano's case, you also had be a shrewd trader to sell him high too before he got injured). If you can afford to stash him, I'd do so. Its a long season after all.

Lincy will be on tomorrow vs. the Rocks. He is a top 10 fantasy ptcher from here on out.

Don't expect too much from Timmy tomorrow pitching at Coors.

I think he'll have value, but you may need some patience to cash in on it. I'm thinking something like Hamels or Hill last year, with their rocky starts and some up-and-down showings before lighting it up down the stretch.
Lincecum will probably mix the occasional eye-opener with some pretty ordinary starts between now and the break.
