Even in regular 5x5 roto, Helton is #5 among 1B and #36 overall.

He'll get 20/100/.350 this year which should put him in the top 10 easily.

My standard points league in .cbs counts K's and ranks Helton and Fielder 1 and 2:

1. Helton 109 pts
2. Fielder 104 pts

For the rest of the year i'd have to take Fielder for fear of Helton breakind down for a month or so.

Whoa there, .350 is a little optimistic don't you think?

Maybe, but not that much. He only needs to bat .340 the rest of the way. He is a career .334 hitter you know.

33 year old .334 career hitter. That age doesn't bode well for BA. He hit .302 and .320 in years previous. I'd expect him to do something in that range the rest of the season.

His BB/K is 3.00. His line drive % is 29.6%. That's sick.

He's fully recovered from whatever ailment he had last year that sapped his strength.

I'm expecting a bounceback season, not another regression.

He's been injured the last two years.

he's also back up to his power weight.

The guy is a PROFESSIONAL hitter. He always will be.

he has an amazing eye and bat. The power may be gone but the bat is still there.

And even if he hits .302 to .320 thats pretty darn good ;-D
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

He did hit .367 Post AS last year as well. I see where you're coming from. I just wouldn't lock him in for .350

Is anyone a little concerned that Helton is 1 for his last 17 all at Coors?
