Just read this stat..Amazing..
Carlos Zambrano gave up three more first-inning runs on his way to a loss to the Pirates on Thursday, He allowed six runs -- four earned -- in six innings before being removed.
Zambrano opened the game with a HBP, back-to-back doubles, a single and a sac fly, putting three runs on the board right away. He's now allowed 13 earned runs in the first innings of his eight starts this year. He has a 3.29 ERA the rest of the time, but he needs to get over whatever is causing his early-game troubles.
