Kinsler + Pierre for Holliday

Well I was just offered this. I would be receiving Holliday. Needless to say I got a little moist after seeing it but my league has been pretty hectic with vetoes and I've advocated against insanely lopsided trades. So is this trade bad enough for a veto?

I think the person getting pierre/kinsler is getting the better end, no way holliday keeps it up, and kinsler won't either, while pierre is possibly good for 50+ steals.
