Really appreciate some input (losing)

I could sure use some help here - I realize there's still almost 5 months of season left, but I've fallen fast from first to the bottom. My three main problems have been key injuries (Mussina, Felix, Wickman), slow starters (Tex, Sheff, Teahen, Hall) and relying on sub-par pitchers resulting in negative points (Greinke, De la Rosa, James, Frasor). My team currently is as follows:

This is a 13-team CBS points-based weekly league with the following scoring system:

1B - Singles 1.5 points
2B - Doubles 3 points
3B - Triples 4 points
AST - Assists 0.2 points
BB - Walks (Batters) 1 point
CS - Caught Stealing -1.5 points
E - Errors -3 points
GDP - Ground Into Double Plays -2 points
HP - Hit by Pitch 1 point
HR - Home Runs 5 points
KO - Strikeouts (Batter) -1 point
OFAST - OF Assists 4 points
PBC - Passed Balls by Catcher -2 points
R - Runs 3 points
RBI - Runs Batted In 3 points
SB - Stolen Bases 3 points
SF - Sacrifice Flies 0.5 points
SH - Sacrifice Hits 0.5 points

1BA - Singles Allowed -0.5 points
2BA - Doubles Allowed -1 point
3BA - Triples Allowed -1.5 points

B - Balks -1 point
BBI - Walks Issued (Pitchers) -0.5 points
BS - Blown Saves -20 points
ER - Earned Runs -4 points
HB - Hit Batsmen -0.5 points
HD - Holds 5 points
HRA - Home Runs Allowed -2 points
INN - Innings 3 points
K - Strikeouts (Pitcher) 2 points
L - Losses -10 points
QS - Quality Starts 20 points

RW - Relief Wins 15 points

I'm currently a little over 700 points behind the leader. I have two questions:

1) Do I have a chance of getting back into the lead?

2) Are there any changes I should make?

I know my RPs need help - if Wickman can't make it back, both Soriano and Accardo are currently available. But I wanted to load up on SPs to maximize two-start weeks for the weekly system, particularly since QS + W + APP = 38 points.

my first suggestion would be to try to get rid of one of your ss. Look for the team with the biggest hole at ss and take it from there. You'll gain some ground on your sp once clemens and mussina come back, if you can gain another solid pitcher with getting rid of one of your ss's you'd be looking good. Maybe wait til Tulowitzki gets a little hot then try to deal him away.
