frank thomas is coming to philly. he hasn't played in the field since 4-games in 2004.

Haven't heard anything about it, but not sure he would be playing. Not sure where he would go if he was playing the field..

JP just said on the radio it's very unlikely that Frank plays 1B during interleague. Maybe the Jays will have won a game by then.

with interleague play about to begin i want to get some thoughts.
these NL teams will be playing in AL parks, and i was wondering if any of them will be using a regular DH for each game?

The Indian's interleague games next week are at home, w/ a DH. So, Hafner probably won't get 1B eligibility until the 3rd week of June.

With 2 1B starts already, he'll probably have it by June 10, after a 3 game series at Cincy.

It has also been recently reported that Hafner may get more starts at 1B in the coming weeks to prepare for interleague play in June. So maybe he gets 1B before June, maybe....
