Miguel Cabrera's Oblique

Postby ezekiel5 » Tue May 08, 2007 5:45 pm

I keep hearing how he is playing through this injury. And he tells his manager when it hurts too much to play through. What do you guys think? Should I just try to move him now if this is going to plague him the whole season?

I research quite a bit and I have been reading hearing a nagging oblique. I am wondering the same thing, if it is for real. I hope he doesnt have a DL stint like Pujols last year.

considering his performance since he last sat out with the oblique problem (the middle of april) i think he's probably close to 100%.

Cabrera says that his oblique strain mostly hurts him while running and throwing the ball, but shockingly, not when he swings. By the way hes swinging, it obviously is not affecting him.
