Should I be panicking?

After my draft I thought I had one of the best teams in our league. A month into the season I am in 8th place out of 8 teams. Its a standard 5x5 roto and I am 9 points behind the 7th place team and 32 points behind first. I want to know if I should be trying to make some moves

I feel like all my players are hurt or underproducing just to list a few
Piazza(drafted and droped), Soriano, Wright, Thome(on DL), Kendrick(on DL), Zambrano(just sucking), BJ Ryan(I guess it really stands for Blow Job)

I'm last in ERA, whip and saves and close to it in everything besides Runs and Ks. Should I be looking to ship out some players or still hold tight?

I dont think you should panic yet. Zambrano should drop your era and whip some as the season goes. Maybe try to play the match up more than just starting everyone if that's what you do. that should help. Maybe get a more steady closer also those guys are fairly shaky. as for offense it looks like you should have enough hrs as the season goes on maybe try to upgrade at 2nd to get some steals

You should be ok as the season goes on ... Konerko and Wright have started VERY slowly, as did Zambrano. Sizemore will be better than this... I have the same frustration with Cano ... but I have to think these guys will improve soon enough.
