Looking to start a Sandbox, 10 or 12-team roto league. Would like to make it a keeper if everyone agrees. "SBX" is a new version, similar to their "Full Count" (which they still have) but allows much more customization of settings.
Sandbox has started charging a monthly fee this year ($5/month) and I know that this will drastically reduce the number of interested people, but I have already joined a couple of leagues and I have to say that the interface and available options are pretty slick. Yahoo (although excellent for the price) is rather spartan and basic in comparison.
When you register, you get a 30-day free trial and two teams: (1) SBX league and (1) Full Count league. For those interested, you can always try it and cancel before your free month ends.
It costs $15 (for the season) to sign up in another league so I would like to see if there is enough interest here before signing up another team and creating the league.
I have been (and will continue to be) a fantasy baseball fanatic for the past four years and have tried Yahoo, Sandbox, and ESPN - even winning a few leagues. Sandbox offers the best bang for the buck imho.
