True, pretty much every pitcher that Maddux works with lowers their BB rate and increases their K rate.

He'll still come back down to earth but part of it is for real as well is my guess.

I had to draft via Instant Messenger because I live in Hawaii and my boys live in Illinois. When it was my turn to draft (later rounds), I typed Cordero. The commish asked...Fransisco or Chad...good thing i was paying attention ;-D

Man 6 days in a row hes been used. I like that hes racking up the saves but with Turnbow putiing in scoreless innings after scoreless inning youd think Yost would let him go two innings to get a save and give Frankie a rest.

When he was in Texas he always said he pitched better when used often and there were times he was basically begging to be used more often. Management of course didn't listen.

He only threw 42 pitches in the 5 appearances before today, and the Crew have an off day tomorrow...

I like him saving 5 in a week, kinda fun :)
