I'm loving the Prince so far. I'm actually trying to deal him though, but for obviously a very high price. He should definately make the all-star squad. If the fans dont vote him in as a starter he'll definately make the reserves. If not, i'm never voting again...

i thought prince would EVENTUALLY become a perennial 40 homer guy in his career. he's surpring me with how soon he is doing it though.

with that said, i think prince will cool off, and teix will heat up. i'd prefer to have teix for the rest of the season. (7 hrs 27 rbis .365 avg for teix in may). prince himself has 11 hrs, 25 rbis, .310 avg in may. only real difference between them is that teix had a horrible april, while prince hit 6 hrs. and of course, prince won't keep having 11 hr months.

i don't think there's any merit to the possibility that teix has peaked early. he's completely different from guys like blalock and huff.

he will cool down eventually right? 5hr his last 7 games? dang... i'm glad he's helping me win hr and rbi in my h2h league.. i just won't like it when he eventually cools off ... but for now.. what a beast!

yeah he will obviously cool off. At this point I am personally trying to sell high. Now i'm not saying that Prince is going to be a bad player the rest of the way, I'm just saying he can't maintain his current pace and he commands terriffic value right now. If you can trade him for a much more proven guy like maybe even Pujols, or a top tier SP then I say do it now...
