Need a little help...

Hi all. I'm a newbie both to this forum and fantasy ball in general. I've been in a 12-team league with some friends for four or five years now but get my butt kicked every single year. Hopefully someone will throw me a bone regarding how I can improve my team (if there's a chance at all.) Thanks in advance...

I'm going to shop around and see what kind of offense I can get for Webb or Oswalt. Is there any reason to keep Carpenter now?

In a 12 team league it's hard to improve via the FA wire. First look...I think your OF is a little young and untested. While they will provide decent stats, I think you could use a big bat (Dunn, A. Jones) type player.
Your SP's look good, the hit with Carp going down is big, but you can look to some young pitching to improve.

Thanks Maverick. Yeah, our league uses autodraft and it seems I really struck out in the OF department. For the record I'm playing Baldelli there and Johnson at 2b.

I'm going to look to deal some of my starting pitchers for some pop, so we'll see.

Update: I have now dropped to last place in the league. I'm winning most of the pitching matchups each week, but my offense is killing me. Pujols, Atkins, Baldelli, Rolen...none are performing the way they should...
