Texas brings back Rogers, adds Nelson

Kenny Rogers will return to the Texas Rangers for his third tour of duty, agreeing to a two-year, $6 million contract with the team on Monday. Reliever Jeff Nelson will join Rogers in Arlington, pending the results of physical exams on both players.
