Thoughts, advice?? Im doing TERRIBLE on offense, and am in 7th currently. Any reason for optimism or am I toast?

Note that I am WAY up in Saves (I know its early), and recently traded Krod.

You're strong in pitching all together, I wouldn't worry there. Your biggest holes are 2B and 3B. I don't trust Sanchez or Beltre to produce quality numbers over an entire season. Could you please post the most intriguing WW players in those two positions? Both are deep this year and I'm sure you can find a speedy player to plug into one (or both) to sustain you for the season.

If the WW leaves no quality options, you still have options. I would do the following:
1. Plug Polanco at 2B and bench Sanchez.
2. Plug Hardy at 3B if he qualifies, bench Beltre.
3. Scour WW for a Util hitter (easier than a 2B or 3B).
This series of options leaves you with a solid lineup, assuming you can find a good Util. Think high AVG and SBs for your WW pickup to help you in those cats.

Ive been starting Polanco actually, not sure why i didnt change it. Anyway, Hardy doesnt qualify at 3B in our league and Encarnacion is like the best WW option at the moment. Im trying to trade Capuano or Josh Hamilton for a 3B but nothing has come through yet. Currently I am at or near the top in every pitching category (except Losses where I am middle of the pack) but my offense is 2nd to last in every category except 5th in HR and SB. Pujols should obviously help out once he gets going, and having recently acquired Bay ive got to think im in good shape looking forward??
