Will my team stay in 1st?

I'm currently 1st in a 10 team, roto league. Should I make any changes, I feel like I should trade Helton for a SP.

Should I drop LaRoche and pickup another OF:

Alright, I would do the following:
1. Drop Lo Duca (not helping at all), and Ibanez (see note on Lo Duca) and La Roche. Use these free roster spots to secure another closer or perhaps a mid-relief pitcher, another SP, and a speedster.
2. Trade Helton and Damon/Cuddyer for a quality SP and a speedster.
